Williamsburg

Annual Meeting this year took place in Williamsburg where Sarah lives so I got to see her cute new house and meet the TWINS!

We also did a field trip aboard their boats to see the Reserve by water.

It was cold!! It got into the 30s at night. All the Southern folks were bundled up while the New England and Alaska clan thought it was warm!

Hike in the Preserve

We had a nice work outing when we visited the newly established trails at Isles of Collier Preserve. They share a boundary with us so we spent the morning checking things out and seeing their welcome center.

Brunch with Brooke

Brooke came back from Maryland to visit us and the Rookery crew met up for a nice brunch. It’s been a while since we’ve all hung out!

Missing Fall in PA

Every October, I miss the fall leaves and get a little homesick. Mom sent these pics of her yard to cheer me up!

It is so pretty I can nearly smell the fall.

And almost feel the cool temperatures!

Scooby-Doo and Friends

Maverick was born to dress as Scooby!

He joined up with Velma and Daphne for a fun day at the office.

We had a fun day being silly.

How did I get so lucky to have a dog who truly enjoys dressing up?

Jamie’s Bachelorette Events!

We had a nice night out on the town, celebrating Jamie! 

Followed by a bunch...

With a lot of champagne!

And a day at the beach!

Tortoise babies??

I’ve been expecting Rosie to lay some eggs after all the mating I’ve been witnessing! 

I’m not sure why she laid them on the cement, but they got crushed :( But really, what would I do with 5  quarter-sized tortoises free-roaming my lanai?
