Dog walking

A friend of a friend needed a dog walker, so I have the pleasure of taking these two big doggies around their neighborhood everyday after work for the next 2 months! Chico is a labradoodle, age 12, and so sweet.

Jeter is 5 years old and wild! He goes for a 45 min walk while his sister only wants to go for 10 min or less. It’s been really fun! And I’m making a little spending money while I exercise!

Pierogi Party 3.0

Anne hosted us for the third pierogi-making party! More than 10 people helped make over 500 pierogies!

Turkey Trot 2016

What a fun way to start Thanksgiving! With 5,000 other people at 7am!

But it’s all worth it for a slice of pumpkin pie after 3 miles! Afterwards, Mom and I visited Aunt Rose and Aunt Barb for a big family dinner at the club house! Kimmie and Meghan were there with Kai, too!

Williamsburg

Annual Meeting this year took place in Williamsburg where Sarah lives so I got to see her cute new house and meet the TWINS!

We also did a field trip aboard their boats to see the Reserve by water.

It was cold!! It got into the 30s at night. All the Southern folks were bundled up while the New England and Alaska clan thought it was warm!

Hike in the Preserve

We had a nice work outing when we visited the newly established trails at Isles of Collier Preserve. They share a boundary with us so we spent the morning checking things out and seeing their welcome center.

Brunch with Brooke

Brooke came back from Maryland to visit us and the Rookery crew met up for a nice brunch. It’s been a while since we’ve all hung out!

Missing Fall in PA

Every October, I miss the fall leaves and get a little homesick. Mom sent these pics of her yard to cheer me up!

It is so pretty I can nearly smell the fall.

And almost feel the cool temperatures!
